What to bring

A few familiar things make a stay feel less like a hotel and more like home.

• Food for every meal, portioned and labeled
• Any medication, with clear dosing instructions
• A blanket or bed that smells like home
• A collar with ID tags for drop-off and pick-up

Feeding

We follow your dog's routine, not ours. Familiar food means happy tummies.

• Keep your dog on their regular diet - it prevents upset stomachs
• Portion by meal and mark the bag (breakfast, dinner)
• Special diets and medications welcome, just tell us how and when
• We feed at your dog's usual times and note anything they skip
• Tell us about treats and rewards so we can keep it balanced

• *We do have house food and treats available upon request if needed!

Arrival & pick-up

Our goal is to get your dog comfortable and tired on their first day so they can get a good night's sleep. Coming between these set drop off times allows us time to do that.

• Drop off & pick up - morning8 AM - 9 AM
• Drop off & pick up - afternoon12 PM - 2 PM
• Vaccines current at least 14 days before your start date
• Plan for a relaxed drop-off, a calm goodbye helps most dogs settle
• Tell us about your dog's routine, quirks and what calms them

• *Daycare is included in your stay - any pick up after 9 AM your dog heads to daycare for $30
• *Any times outside of these time frames must be made by reservation
