Every day, every dog
Our daily safety routine
Two full turnovers a day
Play areas, rooms and shared spaces are cleaned and disinfected twice daily with pet-friendly cleaning solutions - safe for noses, paws and bellies.
Fresh water, always
Bowls are refreshed throughout the day and cleaned between uses, so every pup stays hydrated from drop-off to pick-up.
Vaccinated guests only
Every dog - daycare, boarding or grooming - must be current on all required vaccinations, given at least 14 days before their visit.
Capped playgroups
We take fewer dogs on purpose. Smaller, temperament-matched groups mean calmer days and closer supervision.
Staff on the floor
Trained attendants are with the dogs at all times - never watching from behind a desk.
Evaluation first
Every new guest completes a complimentary half-day evaluation so we know they're comfortable and a good fit for group play.
Health & safety
Vaccination requirements
Every guest - daycare, boarding or grooming - must be current on the following, to keep all our pups safe. All vaccines must be given at least 14 days before your booking start date to allow time for immunity to develop.
Upload your dog's vaccination records when you sign up as a pet owner. We keep them securely on file for future visits.
Rabies
Required for all dogs over 16 weeks
Bordetella
Within the last 12 months (6 months preferred)
Distemper (DHLPP)
Current per your veterinarian's schedule
Parvo
Included in the DHLPP combination vaccine
Leptospirosis
Annual booster required
Flea & tick preventative
All guests should be on a veterinarian-approved preventative
Dogs over seven months must also be spayed or neutered to join group play.
Tip: when you visit your vet for booster shots, ask them to fax the vaccination certificate directly to us at (586) 777-7793 and we will print it and keep it on file for you.
